RETURNS & EXCHANGES


For all domestic orders, COADY CULHA will accept merchandise back in its original condition for store credit when accompanied by the original packaging and original sales invoice for a period of 14 days.

Returns are only allowed for items that are in stock at the time of purchase.

All international orders, made-to-order items, and bespoke orders are FINAL SALE.

Custom orders, including personalized pieces or rings in any size other than standard, are FINAL SALE.


Jewelry that has been worn, used, altered, or damaged cannot be accepted for return or exchange.


If you wish to return a purchase for store credit, you must notify COADY CULHA within 5 days of receiving your order and ship the merchandise back promptly. Original shipping costs will not be refunded.


To initiate a return, please email Sales@CoadyCulha.com to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. This RA number must be clearly marked on the outside of the package for us to accept the return.


We recommend shipping via FedEx, UPS, or insured parcel post with adequate insurance to cover the purchase price. COADY CULHA is not responsible for lost, stolen, or mishandled return packages.


Please note: Returns and exchanges must be made directly through COADY CULHA. Any other department store, boutique, or online retailer that carries COADY CULHA will not accept items purchased from our online store.


COADY CULHA reserves the right to refuse any return for store credit or exchange if the above conditions are not met, at our sole discretion.

If we determine that your item qualifies for repair, we will provide a Return Authorization (RA) number and shipping instructions. Packages without an RA number will be refused and returned at the sender’s expense.


Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with sending the item to us. Return shipping costs will be invoiced separately.


Please allow approximately 2 weeks for a repair assessment. A repair fee estimate will be provided before or upon receipt of your item, depending on the nature of the repair. Repairs typically require 4-6 weeks to complete.


COADY CULHA guarantees our jewelry against defects in manufacturing. To maintain this guarantee:

All repairs, alterations, and sizing must be performed by COADY CULHA.

If repairs or alterations are done by a third party, we relinquish all liability for that piece.

We reserve the right to determine if damage is due to manufacturing defects or customer mishandling.

JEWELRY CARE


To ensure the longevity of your jewelry:

Avoid wearing your jewelry while cleaning, bathing, showering, swimming, or at the beach.

Keep jewelry away from harsh chemicals, lotions, and perfumes, as these can damage the gold.
