DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Domestic insured shipping (excluding Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico) is free of charge with FedEx Standard Overnight for orders under 75,000. Orders of 75,000 or more will require armored shipping, with costs based on the item sold. Orders may not be shipped to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Please note that all orders are processed Monday through Friday, and delivery time does not include Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. If you require Saturday delivery, please contact one of our sales representatives at Sales@CoadyCulha.com; an additional charge applies for this service.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. All orders require a signature upon delivery. Please ensure you are available to sign for your order, as you are solely responsible for accepting your package. Coady Culha is not liable for lost packages, delayed deliveries, or any issues once the order has left COADY CULHA. If your package is returned to COADY CULHA due to failed delivery, you will be responsible for the re-shipment cost.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We offer insured shipping to many worldwide destinations via FedEx/DHL for an additional fee. For confirmation of international shipping availability, please email Sales@CoadyCulha.com.

COADY CULHA is not responsible for the payment of any duties, taxes, or other fees associated with international shipments. Additionally, for orders valued over 50,000, shipping charges will be calculated based on the insured value.

We are not responsible for any delays, customs processing, or other issues that may arise during international transit.
